BK Select 致力於確保您的每一筆消費都滿意。由於電子煙產品涉及個人衛生與安全，請詳閱我們的退換貨規範：

  1. 7日瑕疵擔保： 若您收到的商品有原廠瑕疵或損壞（非人為因素），請於收到商品後 7 日內聯繫客服，我們將為您安排換貨。

  2. 衛生考量： 煙油 (E-liquids)、煙彈 (Pods) 及已拆封之吸嘴配件，基於衛生安全考量，除新品瑕疵外，一經拆封恕無法受理退換貨。

  3. 退貨條件： 退回商品必須保持全新狀態、包裝完整（包含主機、配件、說明書及贈品）。

BK Select is committed to your satisfaction. Due to the nature of vaping products involving personal hygiene and safety, please review our return guidelines:

  1. 7-Day Defect Warranty: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage (not caused by misuse), please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.

  2. Hygiene Exceptions: E-liquids, pods, and opened drip tips cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective upon arrival.

  3. Return Condition: Returned items must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging (including device, accessories, manual, and gifts).
